Refund policy

At Atlas Riad, each piece is selected with care. If you are not fully satisfied with your order, please contact us within 3 days of delivery.

Returns may be accepted only if the item is unused, undamaged, and returned in its original condition and packaging.

To request a return, please contact us with your order number, photos of the item, and the reason for the request. We will review the request before confirming whether the item can be returned.

Customers are responsible for return delivery costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery and include clear photos of the packaging and product.

Refunds are issued only after the returned item has been received and inspected. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

Because our pieces are artisanal and handmade, small variations in wood grain, tone, texture, and finish are natural and are not considered defects.
